mmm Lunch with the wife at souper salad..

Today I went to souper salad and ate so well with my wife….. I had a mega salad with bell peppers, tomatos, spinach leaves,  cheese, cucumbers and more.. My dressing of choice, fat free italian.. The checken enchilada soup was awesome and I finished off the meal with a mostly organic strawberry shortcake with non-dairy whipped topping.
