I love this movie, Classic!
I thought that this blog was gone for good! Basically what happened was I dumped the mysql tables of the site and tried to reimport them and it was causing my site to lockup and the mysql server to freeze. After a little playing around I finally got it working in RedHat and I believe that the issue was isolated to Debian etch 4.0 stable’s mysql package. Thats some good luck! Anyway, alot has happened! I have teamed up with my friend Andrew and we are working on a technology solutions business. Andrew has a site up at the following url: http://www.apsitedesigns.com . Andrew is a professional php site builder and is offering his services in conjuction with mine. A total website and webhosting offering for small to medium sized businesses and individuals. I am the system administrator of our hosting servers and will be offering system administration services and custom solutions for businesses including dedicated servers, loadbalancing and software installations. Be looking for alot more about the business including what offerings I will be placing soon. Andrews site is not 100% ready but we are open for business. Let me know if you (my regular readers) are interested. – Dustin
The site was down this whole time due to a mysql database being corrupt. I finally got the time to work on it and I am back online!

Together we have convened to sow an innovative idea in the garden of earthly delights.*

The goal of our community project is to facilitate and engender conversation regarding the most fundamental concerns of human existence of which we all share, that of our birth, our life, and the inevitability of our death. It is our hope that you will join in our passion for others and allow us to carry forth your exploration-of-ideas in addressing these basic issues we all face. Your pieces will be made available to the community at hospitals, nursing homes, community centers, and any additional places fit for the display of your work. We will explore and develop ways to reach those experiencing extenuating circumstances while providing these services at no cost through DAPEC.
Guidelines for content are general to encourage your creative exploration of the themes of awakening, death, life, and birth. You are invited to donate 2D and 3D works, poetry, essays, and creative writings. 2D works: ready-to-hang, framed work must use plexi – no glass, maximum size of W 30 X H 40 . 3D works: easy-to-handle, lightweight, durable, limited space available for 3D works each will be considered. Hurricane IKE beat the crap out of the Texas coast. Here in Dallas, it was no more than a Thunderstorm with heavy rains. I hope that my friends down there are all ok! Texans are tough though, so I am not too worried
I just hope the clean up happens quick because I am ready to go to the beach next year! Here is a picture of what that storm did..
